Low vitamin D and work

I am 25 and I have low vitamin D. The symptoms that I feel are; feeling like my head is swaying. That makes me feel off balance when I am walking because my head is  bent down and feels heavy. I have muscle and joint pains causing me a lot of fatigue. Sometimes it feels like I have trouble focusing on what I am seeing. I get anxiety that I am going to not be able to do my job as a dietary aid and be fired for something simple as not labeling the right thing. Some weeks are bad and some days are good. I am taking 5000 vitamin D3 and 1000 vitamin D3 from the fish oil and 400mg Magnesium. I feel like there is something else  wrong not just the vitamin d.

How are you doing?

Hi Maja748,

How long have you been taking your supplements for? and what was your level when diagnosed? I was just diagnosed 4 days ago, my vit D level is 15 and I'm also very low in Iron. My symptoms have been dizzy spells, lightheaded, foggy/heavy head feeling, muscle spasms, headache, fatigue and trouble concentrating. I was prescribed 50000 iu once a week for 8 weeks, Iron 3x a day as well as calcium to aid with the absorption of vitamin D. Symptoms for me seem to come and go throughout the day,My mood have definitely been all over the place and I usually have some mild anxiety (take no medications) but this has definitely made it worse.
My Dr did say it would take approx 10 weeks to start seeing a difference in how I feel, so hang in there!
