Hi,
You have the classic history for Interstitial Cystitis (IC). Frequency, urgency and bladder pain, pressure or discomfort is the classic triad of symptoms. You are structurally normal based on the x-rays, blood work. This is not a simple bladder infection based on the cultures. You need to look at the website: "ichelp.org" There you will get basic info on this disorder. You need to be evacuated by either by a Urologist who specializes in Female Urology or a Urogynecologist to do a complete history, physical exam to rule out some other possible problems, then get started on treatment. Start with the ICA diet, eliminating the caffeine, alcohol, spicy foods, acidic fruits and juices, plus educate yourself about the disorder. Good Luck
yes i forgot to mention (my urine culture reports are also negaitive.)
