undecending testicle

I am fifty years old and I now concerned that I should have had an operation sometime ago. My right testicle is stil lodge under my stomach since i was a kid. What do i do. I am wondering if I at risk for cancer.

Since I have an undecending testicle. I am still able to do a colonoscopy examination.

Hi,
The risk of malignancy / cancer of the testis are definitely high in undescended testis and thus getting the testis surgically removed makes sense and is the usual norm. Thus, you should consult a urologist and seek an opinion on the same and get the testes surgically removed. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
