I tried googling the Princeton Eye Group, and the ophthalmologists there seem to be very well qualified. You could call and ask to speak to either the office manager or the person who schedules surgery. (You want to speak with someone who has been with the group for awhile and knows the doctors.) Explain your vision problems and your fear of cataract surgery, and ask that person which of their doctors they would choose for their mother/sister/close friend who was in a situation similar to yours.
You seem to be a great candidate for an aspheric monofocal IOL. If anyone suggests a "premium" IOL like ReStor or Crystalens, just say NO.
I believe that my cataract surgery took less than 15 minutes. You will be very relaxed. Afterward, you'll wonder why you wasted so much time worrying when it turned out to be no big deal.
