Possible Wegener's

I'm a 29 y/o male. I've been dealing with a lot of sinus infections since Oct '09. I was in a bad work environment which contributed to the infections. Since leaving I've only had 3 infections in the last 6 months. I was suppose to have sinus surgery but our insurance wouldn't cover it and we couldn't afford it out of pocket. I was recently diagnosed with pericarditis after having chest pain and an echo confirmed it. A friend of mine who's a PA said I should ask about Wegener's with my past sinus problems. I haven't been able to get into my doctor cause he's understaffed. I've had many tests over the last year that have all been normal- bloodwork, CT chest, abdominal scan, chest x ray, colonoscopy- all normal except the echo which confirmed pericarditis. No weight loss, no coughing up blood, no bloody mucus from the nose, no blood in the urine. Should I keep asking about Wegener's? I have had extreme fatigue for the last year- thyroid count is normal and I had mono back in '06. Right now I just want answers because I'm still dealing with fatigue and infections but all the tests are normal and I don't like going to the doctor any more than I have to. Any answers would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Pericarditis, in my case, was a symptom of Sjorgrens Syndrome.  Have you had an ANA test?  That would be the place to start to find out if you have an auto-immune disease.
