Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Pain and cramps in the right arm and in chest could be due to a pinched nerve, costochondritis or due to muscle strain. All these will not show up on X-rays. The pain may also be a referred pain from gall bladder stones, acidity, GERD or liver abscess. Please discuss these possibilities with your doctor and get this investigated accordingly.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

I'm sorry you are having so much pain.  X-ray doesn't show soft tissue- have they ever done any MRIs?  Have they considered referred pain?  Have they done an EMG, given your tingling, etc.?  Have they ever sent you for physical therapy.  Have they made sure your gall bladder and liver are alright?
