para-aortic cyst

I have a para-aortic cyst- and my doctor does not concerned but also says that she does not know what this means- I just had a repeat ultrasound that shows it is still there- right next to the aorta. What should I do?
In 1999 I had a blood-filled cyst near the sigmoid colon that caused a perforated bowel, so needless to say I am worried. My family doctor does not seem to know what to do, if anything.
Advice or comments are appreciated.

Thank you for the link.
I am awaiting the ultrasound results since my MD did not think this warranted another MRI.
Either way, I saw the cyst and want to get another opinion.
