The Doctors have now come to the conclusion that i am depressed and have a disorder called pyshcosamatic, which means theres nothing medically wrong with you although you actually fell the pain, I really cant take anymore, i work, married, two kids, college, but never have any energy to do anything, i feel alot like im not being taken seriously, any ideas peeps????

No energy to do anything, after all what you do anyway i aint surprised you are lacking energy, you seriously need to consider some you time, take time too relax, enjoy a nice night out with your husband, relax with the children, being on the go constant will make you depressed and tense.all theses symptoms could be anything to do with the fact you dont let up on yourself, also try a herbal bath to relax the muscles in you neck because pressure onthe neck can cause all those symptoms.Enjoy

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Have you been checked for TMJ. Many patients with TMJ have dizziness. There are two possible causes. One is that when TMJ is inflamed inner ear is affected causing dizziness. The second possible cause is inflammation of the sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM) involved in TMJ and chewing.
You had MRIs—was MRI of cervical spine done. Pinched nerve can be a cause too.
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage.  Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Yes, do not accept that diagnosis.  That is just a diagnosis doctors give when they dont know what is wrong and are tired of dealing with the issue.  Never accept depressed as a diagnosis when you know something is wrong.  You need blood work done, especially a full metabolic workup.  It could be blood sugar related, it could be something neurological that they are missing.  You should find a diagnostic physician or an internal medicine doctor instead of a family doctor to try to find out what is wrong with you.  They are much more thorough and know alot more about the body than a family doctor does.  I hope you feel better soon and I am sorry you are going through this.
