There is a program that can help. I am using it. It's an investment of $40 a month for three months and worth every penny. It's called shrinkyourself.com.
I have been binge free for 15 days after 35 years of bingeing.
Good luck.
I too feel your pain i have been a binge eater/bulimic for 14 years and struggle daily with my addicition, i know the feeling to have the desire to binge eat like an itch that needs to be scratched and the only calmness comes from binging, only to feel the depression after.
Anyway please do not try adderall or ridilin, my sister has been on these for 15 years and has become a monster, you may as well go and snort speed because this is what they are, besides you would be just swapping one addiction for another.
i wish i had the answeres to stop, i don;t know what you have tried but perhaps speaking to a professional may help?
Good luck :)
Get your Dr to try adderall or ridilin. It is being prescribed off label now for ED.s
i don't think taking diet pills will help you at all.in my personal opinion there really is no magic way to lose weight.just try to eat healthily when you can and exercise.I know this is easier said than done,I've been a compulsive binge eater 4 about 10 years now, after suffering bulimia and anorexia,Although I am a lot better than I was,I still have days where I have mega blow-outs and it gets harder to stop as the days go on.In the early days I used to try and eat as little as possible to try and lose the excess weight but like you,I couldn't stop thinking about food and it just made me worse..gradually over the years I've learned to eat regular meals..
Is there anyone you can talk to profesionally to maybe resolve an underlying problem?
