Just wanted to let you know (in case if you drop by again in the forum) I had the same, flushing sometimes 110 heartbpm after meal, fatigue and tiredness. Got pretty much rid of it by discovering it was a food allergy i had for years, i eliminated diary products and Tadaa most of my symptoms vanishe magically. I definitely recommend elimination diets to find out whether your postprandial (after food) problems are actually related to WHAT you eat!
That happens to me when I eat too much pizza. But whay also too much wine?
I have a book that may help you. It's been helping me a lot. The Metabolic Typing Diet by Wolcott. You can get it on Amazon. I too experience a racing heart after I eat a meal too high in carbohydrates, with not enough fat & protein. I've discovered I'm a Protein Metabolic type. I was experiencing lots of low energy and mood swings, had a hard time keeping the weight on, but had odd pockets of fat around the middle. I started experimenting with his theory and it is working. His plan is all based on bio-individuality, meaning what works for one person may not work for another. His findings are deep rooted in Weston A. Price's studies of traditional cultures, their ways of eating and affect on health. I'm studying to be a health coach right now and his book has made a lot of sense, dispelling a lot of "modern nutrition" myths. I hope that helps.
