Self-assessment of inflamed/enlarged lymph nodes is notoriously unreliable. See a doctor to see if that explains the symptoms you have noticed. But even if you have lymph node problems your test results have proved HIV isn't the cause either of that or your weight loss. And anyway, HIV never causes localized lymph node inflammation, i.e. in only one part of the body. The test results rule; you don't have HIV. Believe it.
"...what do you advise me to do?" See a doctor for goodness' sake! Don't try to figure it out by online advice, here or anywhere else.
You came here for reassurance. I gave it. You don't have HIV. Try to except it, but this isn't a debate and I'm not going to argue about it. That will end this thread; I won't have any further comments. (And do not be tempted to start a new thread on this topic. It would be deleted without reply, and without refund of your posting fee.)

What should I do ? im dying DR ;(
And by the way -- I should have mentioned it above -- please get into the condom habit for future sex, unless and until you are in a committed, mutually monogamous relationship. Although the risks aren't high for any particular exposure, why take any risk? It is especially inappropriate to ever have sex with commercial partners without using condoms for vaginal intercourse.
Welcome to the forum. Thank you for your question.
That you were not previously aware of HIV/AIDS, until your friend told you about it, is a little surprising; and your questions indicate you indeed have a poor understanding about it. There are several reasons you should not be at all concerned.
Most important, your test results prove you didn't catch HIV. Specifically, the duo test for both HIV antibody and p24 antigen (that's the same as HIV 1, 2 AB/HIV-1 P24 AG SCRN) is 100% proof when done at 4 weeks or more after exposure.
In addition, you actually had pretty low risk exposures; HIV is rare in Morocco and other North African countries; and even if one of your partners was infected, the chance you would have caught it from such a small number of exposures is very, very low. When a woman has HIV, her male partner's risk for each episode of unprotected sex is somewhere around 1 in 2,000. Whether or not you ejaculated in the vagina makes no known difference, and neither does having sex with a woman during her menstrual period.
So the answers to your specific questions are:
1) You definitely did not catch HIV and need not worry further about it. However, having had unprotected vaginal sex with three partners, it would be reasonable to be tested for other common STDs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis), if those have not yet been done. I would expect the results to be negative, but better safe than sorry.
2) Your symptoms are not suggestive of HIV, herpes, or any other STD.
I hope this helps. Best wishes-- HHH, MD
