Maybe Lymphoma?

Hey guys! I am a 28y.o. male with night sweats, weight loss, enlarged lymph nodes on R neck and R axilla. Blood results show low haemoglobin and low serum protein. Just got a CT back: lymphadenopathy on L neck and L axilla, lesion on liver, nothing else reported. I am having a doc appointment soon to discuss results… any helpful suggestions on what to do next? Hi, I know this is 5 days after you posted and you might have had your appointment already. But you should want an ultrasound of the 'most suspicious' neck nodes. Those are generally the largest and worst shaped (rounded). An ultrasound can tell a lot about what is inside the node, rather than only it's size and shape. You want the nodes to be "reactive" (caused by the immune system) , as opposed to cancer.

Also, do you have a cat? Cat Scratch Fever (Bartonella) can affect the axilla and also the neck.

Haha, no cat. Lymph nodes still swollen. Getting an MRI to get better eyes on this liver lesion. Pretty sure my spleen is swollen… the LUQ of my abdo is so swollen it makes my torso look lop-sided. Curious this SUPER low serum IgA levels… thoughts?
