Since 1 month I have a red spot on my **** and it doesn’t go away and the size not change its everytime the same size. it doesn't itch and doesn't hurt either. It’s not at the top of my **** it’s at the bottom in the skin. What could it be ? It’s only one spot not more.
I can not pop it.

Always good to get such things checked. Hygiene issues can cause this, eczema, friction, etc. Sometimes they are itchy, sometimes not. I think I would not mess around with trying to pop it or overthink it. Instead, just get it looked at. Could be a simple answer with a quick treatment.
