Do I have scarring on my penis?

I had two cuts from excessive rubbing: one on the outer corner of my eye, and one on my inner foreskin

Coincidentally, the following events both happened to both cuts

They never bled, rather started as red tender spots (seems like I rubbed off the first layer of skin). Eventually they got a dry crust over them

This dry crust made it so there is no sensation to the touch and was the same colour as the rest of my skin

Whenever I shower with warm water, the dry crust starts to peel to reveal slightly red and sensitive skin below. Then I moisturize them both and put a dab of coconut oil throughout the day.

I am wondering if they are scars or just dry skin that is covering healthy skin. Especially since they peel. The only thing that worries me is the lack of sensation of the dry crust

Thank you

Really, only a doctor can tell you this for sure. I can't tell you what it is, especially without seeing them.

How long have you had them?

If this were me, and one was so close to my eye, I'd get it checked. You never want to mess with eyes.

I've had them for a month. Only because I couldn't shower for that month due to my local city's water having some problems
However, as soon as I started showering and putting lotion + coconut oil, it's been getting less dry and less bumpy
It's not an std as I haven't had sex since 2019 and this was 100% from rubbing
Thanks!
I never suspected an STD. I still think you need to see a doctor. You've had them for a month.

If there are issues with your water, a local doctor can address if there is something in your water that might be contributing to this as well.
