Herpes without sores ?

Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible to get all the symptoms of Herpes except for the sores and have Herpes ?

The reason I'm asking is because I've been having the following symtoms -
-Pain inside penis, but doesn't burn when I urinate (More of a throbbing pain)
-Tingling on penis tip (itchy)
-Buttox became very stiff and had sharp pains in legs
-Looks like I'm starting to get swollen glands in my grion, 2 on the right and 1 on the left (pea size and hard)

Thats about it ....

Does this sound like it could be Herpes...haven't had any sores what so ever and
have tested negative for Clamidia/Gonnarrea/NGU and Syphillis ?

Thanks
-Had 1 or 2 headaches

It probably isnt HIV. I seriously doubt its prostatitis. My GP thought the same thing. However my chills are in my lower legs too. There are many people on this board with similar symptoms. The good news is that none have come back and said they have herpes, hiv, etc. The bad news is that none have come back with a definite answer (except for one gentleman that reported a hernia.)

I have the chills in my legs too...I have no idea what is wrong. Go see your GP. He / she may refer you to a neurologist.

I had unprotected oral with a sex worker (Blow job) .....Now I'm stressing out, I've even been thinking it could be HIV ....but everyone has assured me that I'm at no risk  !!!!

Getting all these funny symptoms, also had chills down my legs ?
Not sure what it could be ?

Some-one in the Herpes Forum said it could probably be Prostatitis ?

I have had similar symptoms, but tested negative twice for herpes. Do you have a reason to believe that you have herpes?
