white cloudy particles in urine

I have what sounds like the same problem. i do have a wild lifestyle tho, i use coccaine, drink and smoke weed/cigs. often. i have had the cloudy urine before but never the hard white particles. i have been reading around on the internet but i havnt come across someone with kind of hard white particles. when i urinate it does burn a little and i do have the feeling that i need to pee after i have already gone. this is the first time the particles have shown up so i am a little scared. i have only asked a question on this one because there is a specialist in the forum. if you can provide me with any help i would apreciate it.

This discussion is related to White Particles in Urine??.

Hey,

I've had a similar problem on and off for almost 2 years now. I don't know what causes it and I haven't ever really seeked much help. It comes and goes every couple months for 3-5 days without any abdominal pain.

In response to your questions to the last individual Yes, i do have pain while urinating, when finished often feel like I have a little bit more to go but can't get it. This past time I had it it hurt ALOT and i had to strain/push, the stream disrupted like there was some form of blockage and when i finally finished i saw small yellow/white matter about the size of salt grains, a few were larger. I've been mildly hurting since and get annoyed because every time i've gone in for a urinalysis i cannot get it to happen -_-; I'm 21 and am generally fit...so i don't know whats goin' on??

No pain once again in abdomen, back, or symptoms of sickness....just this strange problem that comes and goes.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Firstly, let me suggest that you start rethinking your lifestyle. Use of cocaine, smoking and excessive alcohol intake may eventually lead to serious health problems. I do hope you have been considering adapting a healthier life.

With regards to your symptoms, these white particles may be urinary stones. Have you had a urinalysis done lately? The most objective way to assess this is through a urinalysis. Microscopy will be able to define what these white particles are.

Any associated back pain or abdominal pain?

Any fever, nausea and vomiting?

Any change in urinary patterns such as pain in urination, increase in urinary frequency and straining in urination?

Do keep us posted with your answers.
