body vibrations

I have vibrations througout my entire body. I have had this for about 2 yrs.but much worse the past 6 mo. Sometimes it feels like an engine running under the floor and I feel it in my legs. Other times it is in my chest. Then it feels like heart palpations. I went to the ER. a couple weeks ago,I thought I was having a heart attack. They runs some tests, but all negative.
I have had rheumatoid arthritis for years. My docter ordered an MRI but the insurance refused it so I had xrays of my cervical, thorasic, and lumbar spine. He called and said it was deteriation of the cervical spine due to the RA.
I really don't think this is it, because I have had the RA for years.
What other kinds of tests could I have to explain this?

Hi,

High blood pressure and high difference between the pressure of systolic and diastolic pressure (causes high volume pulse) can cause these feelings. In addition anemia, hyperthyroidism can cause similar problems. Feeling your own heartbeat, palpitations, which cannot be detected on examination also may be present. The vibrations may also be fasciculation or tremors in your muscles, caused by hypothyroidism, parathyroid disorders, calcium deficiency. Please discuss with your physician.

I also have vibrations going on in my body. Very seldomn the same place. Sometimes my hip sometimes my stomach. It comes and goes. It feels like my cell phone vibrating, but its not because I am always trying to answer it.
