Constant need to urinate...what are your thoughts?

Hey everyone.  I haven't been on in like 6months, but I am just about 30 weeks pregnant now and am very frustrated.  I thought maybe somebody out there could calm me down or have a suggestion.  I'll start by saying that I was at the doctor this morning and I think they would check for UTI when they test the urine, but who knows.  So anyhow, all day today I have felt like I have to urinate.  I pee, stand up and then feel like I still have to pee.  It just won't go away and I am so frustrated.  I'm guessing that maybe he is on my bladder or kicking it or something.  What are your thoughts?  I do not have pain or anything.  Thanks!

There are these homeopathic pills calles AZO that are for UTI or yeast infections, I know that its not related at all BUT they have these called AZO Cranberry that work wonders for your urinary system, you won't feel as bad all the time.

Here's an update...  Later that day it did start to get painful to urinate and then I developed severe back pains like I had thrown out my back.  I decided to go to the ER when I was crying about it.  They immediately started testing my urine and checked me for labor.  Both were ok.  Then I started throwing up like crazy.  They were very concerned and started doing blood tests.  They ended up admitting me that night.  The next morning they repeated the tests and found that my white blood cell count (that indicates infection) was steadily rising.  They were thinking I had appendicitis, kidney infections, or stones maybe.  They were honestly puzzled.  They had me on phenergan to help me stop throwing up and a fentanyl drip for the pain.  The pain was very similar to late labor contractions, but instead of coming and going it was just constant.  Worse than any labor I had been in!  They ended up doing an ultrasound to look at my kidneys and appendix.  They couldn't find my appendix since there was so much baby in there!  They started prepping me for surgery.  Within a another short period of time they ended up doing a MRI and found that it wasn't my appendix either and decided to transfer me to another hospital about an hour or so away because they were worried that with surgery or even simply the pain I was in that I would go into labor and there wasn't a NICU where I was.  After another day in the hospital and many many more tests I ended up passing a kidney stone.  They told me that both kidneys are inflammed and my ureters are retaining urine and that I probably had a severe virus on top of it.  So anyhow...that's what that was all about.  They let me keep the CD from the MRI because of baby so I will post a couple of amazing pics for you!

Dr do check for UTI and protien and all that good stuff at every appt. or atleast they should. If they aren't asking you for a urine sample, I would ask them why. That is something they watch very closely. They can tell quite a bit from a uring dip.

Now, as for relief....There is none....lol. One thing you can try at night to make it easier so your not up and down all night is stop drinking about 2 hrs before bed.

Also, I noticed that when I would have BH, I would feel like I have to pee and go to the bathroom and there be nothing. I found the contractions gave me the urge to pee. If I let the BH pass, the urge goes away too. At 30 wks, you could be experiencing the same thing. Plus, there is the fact the baby is growing and causing some pressure. Good luck with this. The frequent pee breaks at night is NOT something I will miss.

I have the same problem, I'm 34 weeks. My doctor says it is completely normal as long as your urine culture is negative. I have to pee every hour and feel like the baby is pressing down on my bladder.
Hang in there!

From my experience doing clients (i'm an esthetician) that are pregnant, it a very normal symptom of your pregnancy that is only going to get worse. When they are close to due date and come for a pedicure, they go pee before and some don't make it through the whole thing without peeing again.
If it starts burning when you go then get checked for uti
