Worsening small fiber neuropathy

I have increased symptoms of numbness, tingling and discomfort in both feet and heels.  The sensations radiate from the heels to the great toe.  At times I have tightness and heaviness in the backs of both legs.  My current medication regimen is 80 mg of Cymbalta, 3000 mg of Neurontin a day.  What else can be added for these new symtoms?

I suffer from small fiber neuropathy as well. I used to take Neurontin but after being on it for several years it was no longer effective. I now take Lyrica (100mg in the AM and 300mg in the PM). You might find this to work better than Neurontin. The one thing I like about it is that it doesn't make me as tired.
