are u saying that gonorrhea can go away completely if u just wate and dont treat it? if so can other cureable std's wate an amount of time then go away? if not plz send me a message of all the std's that can go away by not treating it.

you really need treatment as you will never know it is gone or not and likely will further the spread out there. I think best ot visit a clinic and get some tests done they are highly accurate and then they will treat you often at no or little cost and sometimes anonymously always confidentially. Good luck.

Even the experts who think it might go away recommend treating it if you know you have it. If you don't treat it, and it doesn't go away, you could have some serious problems.
