leg heaviness post fusion 5 years ago

by tonyandmatt125, Jul 15, 2008 12:57PM
I seem to have multiple neuropathies in my legs since surgery.  I do have mild stenosis above the initial fusion site. I initially had a large L4 synovial cyst.  I am thankful that I am not in a wheel chair, but many days it feels hard to carry myself around.  my left left is weaker than the rt, no foot droop, but when I sit forward, bend over, or a position that hperextends my back.. I cannot lift my legs. Climbing stairs is getting to be a project.
Not a doctor on earth will tell you for sure that this is a post -op complication,  Many times I think it could be I'm not trying hard enough even though I push myself every day.

                        Am I correct?
