Hi.

Sounds like the two of you need some accurate information about self-pleasuring.

I have a question for you: how much is too much pizza? Or TV? My point is that there’s no such thing as too much self-pleasuring. There’s only what works best for each of us. Some people self-pleasure three times a day, three times a week, three times a month, never, etc. When it comes to sexuality, everyone is different, and there’s no such thing as a “normal” amout.

So you're like most people: Men AND women enjoy self-pleasuring as part of a variety of sexual expression. Even if you could have steak each night, that’s not to say you might not also enjoy pizza and a cheeseburger sometimes. Variety is the spice of life, no? It doesn’t mean you're not attracted to your girlfriend. And the two of you are still having mutually enjoyable sexual experiences. It DOES seem, however that she may need some reassurance, so tell her that you're incredibly turned on to her, and that self-pleasuring isn't disloyal, but merely another part of your sexuality.

Remember that all our scientific data show that the people who take responsibility for their OWN pleasure have the best sex lives and rate themselves as happiest about their sexuality.

So, again, your girlfriend may just need a little reassurance that all is well. Snuggle up to her, tell him you adore her, and that you’re happy she is who she is. And treasure your sexuality—both individually and together. Dr. J

If you and your husband have intercourse everynight and your problem is you want to know how to make him do it again, i think you are asking for too much from him. He's probably exhausted !!! No wonder he tells you he's tired !!! It a lot more work for men than women to perform a second time after c*ming once already. If you are unsatifsified and want more but he is struggling with erection for example, ask him to pleasure you with his hands or tongue instead.
It's really best to see a doctor in person about birth control as they have full knowledge on the best options - their pro and cons. I personally have used Depo as birth control, so you only need to visit your doctor once every three months for a jab to be 'safe' - however I don't recommend this if you are planning a pregnancy in the next year or two.
Porn maybe via the internet should give you lots of ideas about new positions - if you google it I'm sure you'll find something that gives you lots of new ideas.

I think you have posted your question in the wrong place. You need to post it on the main page of the forum not on another member's question.
It's irrelevant here......

Are you fantasising about someone else when you are masterbating? Do you feel the desire to do this because you are imagining someone else?

It does sound strange if you are intimate a lot that you feel you want to masterbate so often. If it is her that you are thinking of, I think she may have got less upset had you let her take over and 'helped' you when she realised what you were up to. By turning her down she probably felt rejected by you, like you were being all horny without her.

If masterbating is something you want to do regardless of having regular sex with your partner, perhaps be more open about it and tell her that sometimes when she is ready to sleep, you like you use your 'vivid' imagination and remember some of your favourite sex sessions with HER in your mind. Tell her how much you like going over the first time you made love to her, or something like that.

I wake up next to my man some mornings and smile as I lightly sleep, when he sees me smiling in my sleep, I tell him I'm enjoying reliving the time we did ----- together or I tell him I'm reliving when we first made love. He then takes advatage of how wet I am. So including your partner is important for her to feel what you are doing is ok - because you are thinking of her. There's no problem when I get wet lying next to my man because I do this.
I'm cetain when you become open about this issue you wont feel the need to lie and so there's little to feel guilty about = happy couple!!!

Hope that helps
