You are absolutely right Vicky,we all get nervous when we are scheduled for mammograms! The important thing is that we do these tests routinely.I'll be thinking of you tomorrow hoping that both your tests will put a BIG SMILE on your face.God Bless you Vicky.
Thanks tomorrow will be my 3rd 6 months follow-up for one side and yearly for the other one I've been though this a full year now and I still get nervous
Dear Vicky,BIRADS classification of 2,means the what was found is benign. It is recommended though to have a routine follow up. These BIRADS are classifications that radiologist use by looking at mammogram and ultrasound imaging. They go from 1 to 5 or 6 the last two being highly suspicious. So, if yours is a 2,you have nothing to worry about. Best wishes.
