Thinking Whicle Sleeping

I am not sure how to describe this...

I been through bad times before and disorder in many functions in my body... Recently  i am felling that the main cause of my problem is sleeping, Which is leading to troubles in my nervous system most of time feeling fatigue and sleepy and when i am sleeping i am waking up like i am not sleeping...

My question is there any posibility that a person would sleep and think about something? One thing i can tell about which is when i am sleeping or starting to sleep if i am thinking about something like i am shooting football i feel my self having body reflex when i am doing that then i am waking up till again i go back to sleep...

Any help i would appreciate that...

Best Regards and thanks in advance...

You should visit a sleep center for an assessment which is the only way to get your questions answered.

Whats the interpritation for this case? Shall i visit apnea center? or do you think it has something to do with something else... add to drowsing i am feeling weak all day and my eyes feel pain and the circle around my eyes having some reflexes...Is my case nerves related or sleeping related? You can be aware of thoughts in light sleep but usually not deep sleep.
