I've heard God sees the sparrow, and am hoping He sees Basmati. Cancer surgery this week removed the eye we see in this photo, and the doc warned that squamous cell carcinoma might spread. He's bucking up, has a neat sewn line across his face and is learning to work with his other eye. Still not out of the woods and we're not sure how to handle his logistics, but we're together in it.
