I wanted to show the malformation I feel off my hyoid bone when I use Brown's method and push inward on the opposite side with my right thumb I can grab the end of the greater cornua on the same side with my left thumb in between my index and thumb this is the altered shape of the hyoid bone I feel and it is pushing on the outward region of the neck like it wants to break through the neck muscles. The model shows an abnormal lateral curvature of the greater cornua (with eggagerated horn shape curvature) of the hyoid bone projecting upwardly and superiorly in the direction of the internal carotid artery. I believe this is the same or similar abnormality ggcb, wilblue98, and miskatonic all share in common to varying degrees along with possible chronic inflammation at the site in the back end of this left greater cornua where the muscles and tendons insert.

Miskatonic and GGCB I would be very thankful if you could perform a self examination of the left greater cornua of the hyoid bone and tell me what you feel regarding what the shape of the hyoid bone is and write a comment under this picture explaining if you think this is what is going on assymetrically with the hyoid bone.
