Not at all!! Nacre is a lovely descriptive word !! I don't know how I have lived without it!! Soooo many applications in this colorful life to make use of it! Words can be as beautiful as the flowers we love when used correctly! I envy your multi-lingual talents!!!
Guess I'm stuck with Midwestern, cityboy, hillbilly slang !!! Ha Ha!! :o)
