Dang --- that looks like a LOT of meat... I haven't gotten a deer in the last 2 years... My ex never would go shoot one --- but I don't mind shooting them --- it's the cleaning them up and packing them out that I don't like... LOL! Looks like you and the lady have been super lucky drawing elk tickies --- You should try up here in Kodiak - the deer are great - the meat is super tender... My favorite is Dahl sheep or goat... Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm... (For strange meat --- I've had some of the Moose from the mainland --- and I love that --- but I Dislike Musk Ox from the interior --- --- but here on Kodiak - we also have buffalo --- they're imported - but yummy) I don't mind Caribou --- but only from the Northern parts of Alaska.
