The pseudomeningocele ends up creating pressure where the surgery was designed to open the flow!!!! Pretty much causes the same thing as the Chiari was causing and you are right back where you started!
but see I am concerned here you can see this pocket which looks similar to your pseudo as it follows the duraplasty and encompasses that space but that extra long trainagle below that I am afraid is a leak. I see the syrinx is still existent in the cervial spine and my H/A's are going back to a daily basis... :(
