When a multi-engine aircraft is below what is called "minimum single engine control speed", and one engine is out, you never ever advance the power levers on the critical engine. This causes asymetrical thrust and full control deflection will not prevent the aircraft from rolling over on it's back. This is drilled into every candidate for a multi-engine rating, but this pilot(s) were apparently asleep in class.
