CAD results left main: large caliber. LAD: moderate caliber, type 3. Circumflex: Large caliber, dominant CFX, 80% ostial OM 1 stenosis. RCA: small caliber non dominant RCA with proximal 70% stenosis. My ECCHO went from moderate to severe aortic and mitral valves in the past year. I have read ab out TAVR and my only concern is possibility of strokes. I read Mayo and Cleveland clinics use a catheter to capture any debris. However, not all cardiac surgeons do this.
