Ive found a trigger food

So Ive spent all night feeling extremely hyperactive, upset and frustrated because Im so bored and have nothing to do ( im pregnant so my night life is now a bit dull ) and suddenly it dawned on me that I had McDonalds today and thats why Im feeling this way. I dont eat it much but have noticed on previous times that I get hyperactive for hours afterwards! Since there's such big gaps between me eating it I always forget what it does dammit! But not anymore Im never eating it again unless maybe I need an energy boost lol. Im guessing it must be from preservatives?

Ummm, Cheeseburgers!   Doubt that it was the preservatives.  But, there is a ton on calories (and salt) in one.  Decent amount of protein too.  I am guessing that the extra calories were the problem.  You needed to burn them off and no way to do so?

It was a cheeseburger meal. Whatever is in there must be pretty damn strong because I didnt settle down for like 24 hours. Unless Im just extremely sensitive to it. But the next night I felt so much better.
