US citizen getting adderall in New Zealand

I'm a US citizen traveling to NZ on a work visa. I'll be there for at least six months but due to the federal regulations in the US, I won't be able to take a six month supply of adderall with me. Will I be able to see a doctor and get a prescription while I'm overseas? If so, how much should I expect to pay for a 40mg a day prescription?

I would talk to your doctor and your insurance company.  Most of my families medications come by mail these days.  Any chronic  care medication either my husband or myself take comes via mail.  /the schedule can be set up ahead of time with your new address.  Then there is no disruption to your care.

good luck
