Working with ADD with out Medication

Ive had ADD for a wile and I took Adderall for about two years and I dont have medical insurance to pay for it. Also I canttake any medication for a year because im going to be going into the Navy. The problem still exists. I still have ADD so how should i deal with this with out taking the needed medication

You also should talk with the navy doctors once you get in.  You surely are not the only one in the Navy with ADD
