my 8 yr old is on concerta 27mg she has been on it for a month and just started complaing about her chest feeling like it was so tight she cant breath and her heart herts when her chest tightens...the nurse said give her tylnole and take her  to her doctor in the morning not to give her her pill ..is she going to be alright we had a really bad experiance with the vyvance and the folcolin  i cant let my baby go threw that again...how can i help her in school and not hert her while doing so?...please help

   Little weird that it would start up out of the blue, but I guess its possible.  Kinda of sounds like a panic/anxiety attack in a way.  Did any thing unusual happen with her today or is anything stressful scheduled for tomorrow?
  But "ticked" is correct, you definitely want to let her doctor know what is going on.

I think any time your child has symptoms that you are not comfortable with you should go back to the doctors and ask them to try something else. Not every drug is the same for each person
