chronic fatigue, disoriented, weak

for years now i have been chronically so tired i cant hardly do anything as well as disoriented and brain fog. it gets worse when i try to walk or stand a lot or go out in nthe heat. i get to where i can barely change diapers now. i recently got diagnosed with add but since starting the concerta i still feel overwhelmingly tired even more now and when i lay down to take a nap i always feel like im just barely sleeping not ever in a deep sleep at all..and i wake up feeling dizzy and tingly and disoriented but this is BEFORE i ever move my head off of the pillow or stand up at all... it gets a little better as im awake but some of it lasts for hours...and i feel exhausted after waking up. i did an eeg a year or so ago and it found siezures but after i started the meds and did another 72 hour eeg it found no more siezures even though my symptoms had never gone away at all. my doctors going to try me on adderall next and im terrified of having siezures in my sleep or something else life threatening...i dont know whats wrong.

Firstly sorry for my bad english. You may be having deficiency in Vitamin B12, B3, B6, and protein. Because Vit B and protein are needed to regulate and maintain nerves and heart working properly. The cause may be celiac disease. Celiac disease is a condition that damages the lining of the small intestine and prevents it from absorbing parts of food that are important for staying healthy. The damage is due to a reaction to eating gluten, which is found in wheat, barley, rye, and possibly oats. The only known effective treatment is a lifelong gluten-free diet. For now, what you need to do are intake high dosage Vit B12 twice a day. Vit B Complex twice a week, and high protein everyday - you need take this Vitamins and protein this for at least 6 months. Hopefully this will help.
