do i have adhd

i was just looking at some adhd symptoms and i have alot of them. Alot of times i find that in a conversation i dont even know what the conversation is about. people are talking and im in another world just saying yeah to whatever they say and i dont have a clue whats being said. even on this sight i have a hard time reading a paragraph that is too long cuz i get too bored with it to finish it. i pace the floors alot. ive notice that when i sit down alot of the time i still keep my leg constantly jumping.  and im very forgetful and probably the most non observant person ever. my dad asks me , whatd you eat today? and i dont remember. and im so non observant sometimes i dont even know the answer to a question like is it raining outside? is the adhd. and if so could it be caused by ocd or depression? because i have both of them.

  Sure sounds like a lot of the symptoms for ADHD or ADD.   And people with ADHD/ADD can have both ocd and depression (many times caused by the effects of ADHD/ADD).  Just found a great site that will give you a ton of helpful information.  Go to -
