Thank you! My symptoms have gotten worse due to the weather and I will be going to see a doctor I'm going to increase my fiber intake and try to get rid of this infection! I'm glad to hear that adderall is not the cause it has helped me so much I would hate to stop taking it! Thanks for your help ill let you know how it goes
There is no way that adderall is causing the problem. Spring time always brings pollen and that brings lots of nose/throat problems. If your nasal discharge is not clear (its yellow), then you probably have gone from a "hay fever" state to a sinus infection. If so you will need antibiotics to clear it up.
Bowel movement could be due to not getting enough fibre in your diet (that's easy to fix). Or have you been taking any antihistamines or decongestants? They tend to dry you out. Hopefully, the blood in your throat is from an irritated nose - but that does need to be checked out.
Point being, its time to see a doctor!!
And, I've gotta add - knock off the smoking. Good chance that you started it due to the pressures of being an undiagnosed ADD person. That causes tremendous anxiety. You don't need that smoking crutch anymore.
By the way, two sites aimed at the adult ADD sufferer that you might want to check out are totallyadd.com and http://jeffsaddmind.com/for-first-time-visitors.
Both sites are done by people with ADD. totallyadd was actually a PBS special and consequently is a series of short videos. Quite entertaining and useful. Jeffs add mind really reflects him. Has much more adult interaction. Both are worth checking out.
