Could it be ALS?

I've been experiencing vibrations in both arches of my feet pretty much constantly for the past week or two. I've also had twitches on and off in my calves, finger, eye and various other parts of my body. These have been random and one or two a day. My calf did have a period of quite a few at one time but this has subsided.

I've had aching shoulders for around 2 months.

Also in July I suffered with a sudden attack of blurred vision, tinnitus and lightheadedness, the lightheadedness has pretty much cleared but the other two symptoms have remained.

I don't feel like I have any weakness but I do have a 'weird' unexplainable feeling all over.

Any ideas?
