Hi~~ It's diazepam/Valium and then he was on Haldol !!  OMG..Haldol is used to treat psychosis.  Poor baby had some troubles...

Diazphane is a benso  My NP give it to me to help with the w/d the first week..Looks like that they also found Klonopin  ( a heavy duty Benzo)  Yikes!!

I feel awful for his family and friends. Could have been me, too. I'm sure he was a very nice person. Let's all take this as a hard lesson. What is diazphine? I was taking so many hydros and ambien. It could have easily been me as well.
