18 days and counting!

Hi All!

I can't believe it has been 18 days. Not easy ones, mind you, but I am working on that. I have been trying to relax and give myself a break. I used for most of my life, so 18 days is a drop in the bucket. In the old days, that was just a good run...LOL

Anyhow, today is my B-Day and I am actually getting ready to go out and enjoy a nice dinner! That's a big step for me, just getting out of the house.

I thank you all for helping me get to today.

You say 18 days is only a drop in the bucket but pretty soon those drops will form a puddle and fill that bucket until it over flows with joy and freedom like you have not had in a long time. Will you still be counting on your next Birth Day when your at 1 year and 18 days.

This is truly a wonderful post wow 18 days great job I know those days are very tough.........

please don't forget those first few days when you stopped using.......those first three or four days of H E L L that we all went through never forget them........learn from them.......

and don't forget a craving will come be ready for it and have a plan for when it does........
