Man how did we all make it to this point. It didn't matter if it was recreational or prescribed the ends are the same. WD WD WD. I am setting myself up with the suboxone I know, but for now I feel really good. My life has just be wasted...............

Drink lots of gatorade/ water. Potassium helps for RLS and cramps as does Hylands. Hot baths are an instant gratification even if only for 10 minutes. Hot pads under your legs may help as well. I know it's an old myth but I slept with a bar of soap under my sheets at the foot of my bed near my feet and it helped with the fidgety factor and not being able to get rid of the creepy crawlies. Valerian root, otc sleep aids although I'd hold off from those until after day 3(personal preference. They made me tired but I still couldn't sit still or sleep so it made it worse for me personally until after day 3, they seemed to help quite a bit then). Lorazepam helped with anxiety but I only took it when I felt like my heart was pounding out of my chest. Your body is trying to figure out how to re wire. Vitamins, and amino acids along with LOTS of water to flush out the toxins faster. Melatonin and Advil PM worked best for me as far as sleep aids. Tylenol PM has a weaker dose of sleep aid if you want to try that first. Good luck. Keep posting. It helps pass the time.
