No valium.  I was on them for a while on and off.  A year or maybe a little longer.  For the worst of the physical symptoms, I would say yes to the 6 days, but sleep and energy didn't return for me for a month or longer.  It's just different for everyone.  I still wouldn't recommend them to an opiate addict!! : )

i came off 300ml a day,had only been on them 3/4 months and i was fine after 6 days??? maybe its an individual thing or length of time on them that caused your nightmare tramahater?? did you use any other drugs whilst on tramadol?how long were you on them? did you use anything to make final stages that bit easier ie(valium etc..??

They took over my life.  I had been hooked on opiates on and off for 15 years, and nothing did to me what tramadol did.  The WD from them was no comparison to opiates.  It was the most miserable month of my life trying to get off of them!  It messes with the brain way more than opiates do.  The depression I had while coming off of them was more than I could stand, and I had to start an anti depressant.  I didn't sleep well for, probably,,,,,,,3 months.  (maybe 2 hours here and there working up to 4 hours by the end of 60 days!)

It's a truly awful drug.  I would rather ingest arsenic than tramadol today!  Stay clear of it!

Hi!  Tramadol is a really, super addictive drug.  You need to be very careful with that, ok?

yes, have lost intrest and faith in doctors and other agencys, dont get me wrong,i did discuss with my doc,his hands were tied as i was being prescribed through an agency,im now discharged from them and im currently using 300ml tramadol daily only now, plan is now to reduce them, reason i was so keen to substitute subutex with tramadol was because i came off tramadol cold turkey in 2009 and it was a rapid 5 days then i was fine, couldnt beleive it and when i relapsed last year, going on methadone to subs,i kept in mind the tramadol route  i now can truly see the end,its over.
