Can I take my suboxone today

Hi.new to this so please bear with me. Ive been on suboxone for 4 months. save me and everyone around me. love it I can't say anything bad about it. my question is this though I have a pinched nerve in my neck and yesterday it was unbearable. i took a 10mg perc at 6 am and the another 10mg at 5pm. I was wondering if it would be ok to take my reg suboxone dose today with no side effects. My neck hurts today but I can deal with it. I have no care in the world to take any percs. Thank

Ya...it has some wierd side effects but it has definatley saved my life as well!! However, Remember that the sub is just a tool in your recovery and aftercare is extremly important because you will be back to square one when you quit taking the sub if you do not adress the reasons you were taking pills in the first place. Good luck to you!

Thank you. I thought I would be ok to but I just needed that extra sure it would be ok. Yeah I usually take motrin or tylenol and it does the trick but I wrenched my neck real good the other day at work and that was that. Thanks for the quick answer. :) The suboxone is one amazing med. saved me and looks like ALOT of people. Thanks again

You should be ok if you take it. However, I am not a dr. So this is my experience and opinion only. I am on sub and have taken a lortab and got back on my subs within 12 hrs and I was fine. When I have back pain I use heat and tylenol. It helps with my pain as does the sub.
