can anybody give me some support?

So today is only day 4. sounds pathetic compared with most on here! but even having this tracker and to compare is spurring me on. Not long ago, 8 30 am to be precise, I awoke, and I could move. I thought something was wrong at first, to be able to do that. So i went downstairs to get me a coffee and cigarette, and my mums face said it all. I hope I have many mornings like this again. I am hungover and craving like crazy. and worried my alcohol cravings will somehow replace the drugs - they say that happens. But at least I can move. and eat. Today is another day. Ihope for some supportive words. Luck to you all. x

No!  Day 4 is awesome!  It's the toughest place to get through, and if you're still going, you're doing great!  I'm only at Day 11, so it's not like I'm way ahead of you.  But this weekend is SOOOOOO much better than last weekend!  Keep going!
