No need for an apology I knew you'd get back to me on that sooner or later.

I am going to Vitamin Shoppe tomorrow to see about the Gaba. Especially.   I don't know if you have them where you live but they seem to have every imagainable hard to find supplement in each store.  And, they sell TwinLab products which are known for their purity of content.  Long story on TwinLab but they have one of the best content ratings.  And really not bad price wise.

I wish I had words to help you with what's going on with your friend.. and wadda mess this morning... he should have never been released unless someone was there to get him.   Are you his sponsor?   The reason you help people is not to get under their addiction... it's to help them get over theirs... I feel as though you are on solid ground..but I know recovery is always tenuous.   I know there is nothing I can do but lend an ear if you need one.  Or two eyes... whatever...:) knowing you get my point.

Hey, let me know abou the gaba.  In reading the book this was big one for me I have had anxiety and panic attacks since I was a teenager.  They come and go.

This anxiety thing is very new to me... the Gaba is supposed to contribute a naturally induced "valium" affect ...

They do have it at Vitamin Shoppes ... I don't know where you live... but it is a chain...not as expensive as GNC with a lot more "stuff" and usually very helpful sales people.

What do you take for your panic attacks... mind if I ask?
