Cravings -- Dam them

Just had to write them out, been having cravings this arvo, they've been entering my head.

I'm moving house so lots of packing and physical labour Yuck..., and I'm beat and aching 3 hours into it DOH, just having a rest and wanting some more energy.. What needs my brain goes hey some pills will help with that... DAM YOU DAM YOU DAM YOU BRAIN...

So decided to move around a bit and do just a little more packing and this just made me crave more, so I decided to grab a drink (lemonade of cause) and grab the computer to distract myself visit here and type it out..

I am going through the same thing.  I have to pack my whole house this week because I am moving next weekend so its crunch time. I just have been packing a little at a time but now I have to get in high gear to get it done. I am having a hard time finding the motivation to do it, but thankfully it hasn't made me have any cravings. Good luck to you and your packing and moving!!

Take deep breath and just do next thing. Don't think about big picture. I hope this makes sense.

You are doing great - I can't imagine packing and moving while dealing with detox.  Giving yourself breaks and distractions are the right idea.  Crank your music and keep it up!  Sending vibes of strength and energy your way!

I totally understand the lack of energy.  I've been fighting it myself.  It was quite a bit better today (2 weeks clean) so I'm hoping it's going to keep improving.
Make sure you are taking lots of vitamins and eating healthy,
It really helps.  I find when I force myself to do things I feel a bit better for awhile.
Good job coming here to distract yourself.
Keep fighting.
