Hey Girly! I didnt know u were having trouble sleeping!
I take a tylenol PM- for the headaches AND for the sleep agent in it.... ( But not ALL THE TIME) And It truly helps me fall asleep.... Weird thing is though--- When Lacey wakes up for a Bottle, or if I just "Wake up" to pee or whatever, I get up come out of my room & Im wide awake & I find myslef cleaning or I sign online..... And I cant BELIEVE I have this energy in the night time ! lol I can fall back to sleep pretty easily, But it's just Odd for me.

exercise taking them walking .cut caffeine out after 12:00 pm .Try some sublingual melatonin and a magnesium calcium supplement
the only excersice i get is chasing my kids around and cleaning, and my caffeine is one amp(energy drink) in the morning and 2 pepsis during the day. i i take a multi vitamin
Are you exercising daily ? What is your caffeine intake daily. What supplements have you tried .
I'm assumming that you are detoxing from opiates since you're on sub. I personally did not have luck being on suboxone. Some people swear by it. I guess everyone is differen't. I don't think that you'll get back into a normal sleep pattern until all opiates are out of your system, and you've detoxed completely. Ofcourse that's only my opinion. The best advice I have is sleep when you can- even if it falls in the middle of the afternoon. Seeing that you're a mom might make that difficult. Do you have help and support around you? I would also mention to your sub doctor that you're still having a hard time sleeping. Suboxone is a funny drug. It doesn't work unless you take the correct dose. You may be taking to much or not enough. I would definiately make a doctor appt. if it doesn't get any better. Stay strong, and know that eventually your sleep will come back. It doesn't all come at once. It'll get better and better, until one day you notice that you're sleeping normally.
Have you read coward's post? The post has similar problem and there are some good suggestion there. I do not know . I am still on taper and sleeping ok, but that is one of my huge fears as well. I was a bad sleeper without the drugs and one of my excuses for using. I am hoping to excerise and try to find things that make me tired and prayer and meditation. Good luck to you, If you find a solution I would love to hear about it as I am scared to death of that same problem......
