Hi!  What was your schedule for tapering again?  Maybe your taper wasn't slow enough?  Sorry - I keep thinking of you as wearing one of those beauty pageant contestant banners - because you're "Ms. Georgia."  Keep thinking that song, "There She Is...."  :)

As r2r said..just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and continue on!!
Don't let it get to you, and for **** sure, don't let this cause you to give up.
I understand about the throwing up thing. I never did it while I was trying to
detox, but I have done it when I had taken some and started feeling really weird
like I had od'ed, and I'd go running into the bathroom trying to throw whatever I could up in hopes
of getting whatever hadnt digested up before it did any damage. Think of the bright side...
maybe you were able to throw most of it back up and it wont be so bad!:)
Hang in there girly...you can do this!!

Dont think twice about it, you are on a taper from one of the hardest things in life to do so dont feel this is failure at all, you can only take so much right now and if youu feel you needed to balance out to be able to keep going, than dont even bring it up again. If you keep using more, than you are back to square one. Remember, this is hard to do on your own so day 4 is great and dont feel you have to change any dates because of this.

Hi Hun..sorry to hear about your fall. Funny, but day 4 and 5 seem to be the hardest. Well, dust yourself off and get back on that horse. Do it again tomorrow. Did you learn anything from today? If you learned something from why you picked up today, then tomorrow should be easier.

Can I suggest something? Have you made the decision to go to any meetings? To get a sponsor? My sponsor was my life line (my new one is now too). Whenever the urge hits...I pick up the phone. Sounds so simple, huh? Believe me..it works.

Well you be good to yourself and keep posting......
