Day 12 off Tramadol; I'm supposed to go to work

Ok so here I am I have taken some excedrin migraine (cause it feels like a migraine( and I'm drinking some coffee. Cause I can't withdraw from coffee and all these drugs also. Feeling shaky. My job is not horrible. If I get exhausted I can actually just lay down/ come home. Maybe. OK.

I'm going to at least try!!

Wish me luck and send me a littleeee white light is ya have any spare?

oops, I guess I messed up the end of that message, my apologies!

and
I am on day 2 of no Norco, and am not even taking the Ultram since I read your thoughts and how miserable you were.
My thoughts are with you, as I am a migraine sufferer, and also have chronic back pain.

Ihope you are doing well today at work, and know this: you touched me, your words went deep inside to that place that hurts emotionally, I thank you for sharing you past experiences!

bandnmom; luckily smudged eyeliner is "in!" LOL. I do however look super duper crazy PALE. I mean I am already pale but this is a um ... kinda cold turkey withdrawal white. Luckily I have enough NARS blush to last thru withdrawal. PLus to be truthful, I don't think anyone is that observant around here. I'm in a pretty self-absorbed City.

Thank you Vicotram - I appreciate the good wishes I see you were also taking Tramadol. Seriously, the Devil's Drug. I have taken alot of different kinds of medication for my chronic back inury, and withdrawal from those "real" opiates was not like this. This is seriously gross stuff. It's like having the flu with the worst hangover ever.

Thanks again for the good thoughts, I am work and I'm just moving really slowly.

Love and healing,
Emily
